Kaihō Yūchiku, son of Yūsetsu, depicts retired general Minamoto no Yorimasa (1104–1180) being called back from the priesthood (note his Buddhist headgear) to lead forces against the Taira clan. Above is Yorimasa’s famous waka poem: Although the ground in the garden is not yet dry, there shining in the sky, mindless of the shower, is the clear moon.
