This dish is decorated with a composition distinctive to wucai porcelains: richly colored pictorial designs rendered within a large, unpainted white space. The rim is encircled with flowers and butterflies. Inside the foot ring beneath are the characters, “Made in the Kangxi era, Qing dynasty.”
