This bottle has a slender neck rising out of a gently swelling ovoid body encircled with a row of fretwork. The neck is ornamented with two “ears,” each fitted with a ring. The porcelain body is thickly coated with glassy transparent glaze. It is an example of Dehua ware made in Fujian.
