This jar has a long, slightly flaring neck topped by a sharply everted lip, a sloping shoulder ending in a ridge, and a constricted base that flares at the foot. The clay is covered with white slip and clear glaze creating a glassy, ivory surface. On the underside, it has an ink inscription reading “Bei Li” (Northern Li).
